About the job

Responsibilities :

  1. Data Management and Crunching for all the Incident / Change / Problem Management Silo within the Bank.
  2. Responsible to maintain the Downtime / Uptime Keeper for all the applications in the Bank
  3. Should manage inventory of Applications in the Bank and recertify on a quarterly basis
  4. Will have to interact with all the Stake Holders to obtain the details (downtime, inventory, approvals for uptime data being recorded)
  5. Should be able to do presentations to the stake holders on the data recorded.
  6. Do analysis of the data obtained and come up with suggestions on improvement areas and provide the right analytics to the management.
  7. Be able to over see the entire MIS unit as a silo and run various initiatives to help analyse and better the processes.
  8. Be able to attend Audits and provide necessary artefacts in a structured manner.

Requirements :

  1. Engineering / Computer Science Graduate
  2. Have necessary certifications Should have excellent knowledge of Excel (Mandatory)
  3. Knowledge on MIS keeping will be given additional weightage
  4. Experience defining process and standards
  5. Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, the ability to work independently, excellent attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multitask, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus
  8. Ability to interact and influence a variety of users and senior management
