Deloitte National Level Assessment (NLA) refers to a specific recruitment process conducted by Deloitte India for hiring freshers, usually graduates from various engineering and IT disciplines, across the country.

It involves the development of technical and behavioral skills as per defined proficiency levels (as per the Expectation Framework), understanding of the organization-specific tools and methodologies, and focused capability building on communication excellence as per Deloitte standards.

Selection Process Of Deloitte Off Campus Drive
Stages of the NLA:
- Online Application: Submit your application on the Deloitte careers website within the specified timeframe.
- Online Assessments: You’ll likely be invited to take online assessments that test your:
- Aptitude: Quantitative and logical reasoning skills
- English Language Proficiency: Communication skills
- Technical Skills: Specific to the chosen service line (e.g., coding for IT, financial analysis for Consulting)
- Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs): Your ability to make decisions in work-related scenarios
- Online/Panel Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for online interviews:
